"Added a new policy for a vehicle I was financing, which requires collision coverage. I told them I needed it, as I would be financing, and am aware it needs collision. Agent didn't add it, I got charged $600 by my finance company for inadequate coverage. Spoke to the agent who said there's nothing they can do to fix their mistake. Just switched to Progressive and saved $150/mo."
